BOOKING CONFIRMATION/PAYMENTS

All booking must be confirmed with a non-refundable deposit, which will secure your date & time, that is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot. This can be in the form of Cash, Cash App, Venmo or Apple Pay. If the amount is not paid, you will NOT be delivered your photos until payment is complete.

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel your booking, your deposit will be your cancellation fee. It will NOT be refunded to you!

RESCHEDULING

If you need to reschedule your session, please contact me as soon as possible. I know life happens, so sometimes you will have to reschedule. I will do my best to accommodate your request, but rescheduling is subjective to availability.

WEATHER

For outdoor shoots, we will monitor the weather conditions. If the weather is unfavorable, we can reschedule the session at no additional cost.

TRAVEL FEES

For locations outside of Panama City/Panama City Beach, FL area, a travel fee may apply. Please inquire for details!

COPYRIGHT and USAGE

All images remain the property of the photographer. Clients will receive digital copies for personal use, but commercial use requires additional licensing.
